Job Title: IT Engineer Level 2

Summary:
The IT Engineer Level 2 is responsible for providing technical support to users and resolving complex technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Install and configure new computer hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer hardware and software.
- Document and track technical issues.
- Work with vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
